The stand mixer was replaced about 5 months ago; the hand mixer replaced 6 months ago and the Ice Machine replaced 5 months ago. I purchased a halogen oven , with the attached lid thinking it would be an improvement over my cheaper model that finally blew the bulb after 2 1/2 year's , wrong !

Since I got the mixer at the beginning of 2013, I've used it at least once every fortnight to make bread dough and it always yields perfect results.Over eight million households on certain benefits and tax credits will receive their second cost of living payment from today (Tuesday 31 October). The main downfall is the noise - it does make quite a bit of noise when you have it set above the third power setting, but in comparison to the previous mixers I've owned, it makes about as much noise as any other. Our food mixers have been voted amongst the Top Ten in the UK by the Independent and our products have appeared on several TV programmes including Masterchef, Come Dine With Me and The Gadget Show. Now each has broken down again but the company is refusing to repair or replace them because they say the warranty applies to the original transaction, not to the item. I bought quite a few things from Andrew James and always found them excellent especially their halogen oven.

They often sell out early, but can also be heavily discounted later if they don't, so here's a round-up of some of the best I’ve seen. I've had my Andrew James food mixer for just over 3 years, it was my first food mixer I ever had, I would say it was ok, not something amazing but it did the job, so I was happy. We believe that every household deserves to experience the advantages of time and energy-saving equipment, as well as products that simply make life at home that little bit more enjoyable!The use of manufacturers names, model numbers, part numbers and images on this site are intended solely for the purpose of identification and reference. I was toying with the idea of one day replacing it with KitchenAid (when I can afford one) but am now a bit unsure since the KitchenAid Artisan is only 300W whilst this one is very powerful at 1,500W. This replaced an older machine of the same style and format, so we knew it made great coffee, only retired as the warming plate had become somewhat corroded over several years. I have found all my purchases arrived very quickly, well packed, been of good quality, have provided excellent service and continue to do so.

It also features six different power settings, including pulse, ensuring you always have the perfect setting needed to whip up whatever you're craving. I have a KitchenAid that I got a few years ago, and I have never been able to get it to work correctly. Have bought Andrew James products before and have always been pleased with the quality and performance. Our mains gripes were that it didn't pick up very small quantities, that it failed to whisk one egg white, and how it was very noisy in use.So many food bloggers own one and I just don't understand how - the only way I can ever seen me owning one is if I win a giveaway and most of those are only open to people in the US - arghhhh! I have always found them to be helpful and prompt with replies to queries and any replacement required ( my son lost a beater to his food mixer , I received a new one for him within 2 days of contacting them ). Without giving anything away, the recipe book features sweet and savoury recipes, including breads, crackers, crumbles, cakes, cookies, pastries, muffins and bars.
